All A&W and Long John Silver’s franchisees are eligible to join the A&W National Purchasing Co-op, Inc. or the Long John Silver’s National Purchasing Co-op, Inc., respectively.
All KFC franchisees and licensees are eligible to join the KFC National Purchasing Co-op, Inc.
All Pizza Hut and Taco Bell franchisees, as well as licensees who own 25 or more stores, are eligible to join the Pizza Hut National Purchasing Co-op, Inc. or the Taco Bell National Purchasing Co-op, Inc., respectively.
To be a stockholder member of a concept co-op, each eligible operator is required to purchase one $10 membership share. In addition, stockholders pay a one-time charge of $400 per store share for each traditional restaurant.
An eligible KFC, Taco Bell or Pizza Hut member who also owns licensed units must have one share of store common stock for every two units owned, rounded up to the nearest whole share.
If you are a multibrand store owner, you should join both concept co-ops in order to take advantage of all membership benefits!
Shares can only be sold pursuant to definitive membership solicitation materials for the A&W, KFC, Long John Silver’s, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell concept co-ops.
How to become a concept co-op member by joining your national purchasing co-op:
- Review your Concept Co-op’s Membership Information Packet (download via links at right).
- Sign the Membership Subscription & Commitment Agreement indicating how many shares of store common stock you are required to purchase.
- Complete the W-9 form. UFPC must have a W-9 on file for each co-op member before any refund or patronage checks can be issued. Please be sure to complete a W-9 for each company name listed on your membership subscription and commitment agreement.
- Mail the Membership Subscription & Commitment Agreement, the completed W-9 form, $10 for one share of Membership Common Stock, and $400 for each share of Store Common Stock to the address below:
