Fitness subsidy — UFPC® offers a fitness reimbursement program that reimburses half of the monthly fee if a team member visits a participating facility 10 times a month.

Discount event tickets — We offer many discounted tickets to our team members including movie coupons, amusement park tickets and free tickets to local college and professional athletic events.
- Wellness Committee — UFPC team members actively support healthy living and wellness through company activities, events and educational campaigns.
Community Support
UFPC believes in giving back to the community and we encourage our team members to do the same.

Matching Gifts Program — A team member gift of $50 to $2,500 to a qualified organization will be matched on a 1 for 1 or ½ for 1 basis, as applicable.

Community Involvement Team — This team helps UFPC make a continuing contribution to the community. Many events are offered to team members each year that allow them to participate in programs that "give back" to our local community.
