Dental Insurance
Dental coverage is available to all full-time team members and is paid 100% by the company for all preventive services with no deductible. Eligibility for team members is the first of the month following thirty days of consecutive employment; family coverage is added after one year of continuous service.
Vision Coverage
This includes coverage for eye exam, lenses and frames. Eligibility for team members is the first of the month following thirty days of consecutive employment. Family coverage is available.
Employee Assistance Program
This confidential 24-hour program is available to all team members. When a problem becomes too difficult to handle alone, UFPC team members can use this assistance.
