UFPC offers both short-term and long-term disability options that are based on length of service. Our short-term disability program starts after two months of employment. At that time, the team member is eligible for up to 26 weeks at 60 percent compensation. After 10 years of service, the team member is eligible for 16 weeks at full compensation and 10 weeks at 60 percent compensation. Our long-term disability has a qualifying period of six months, then coverage is paid at 60 percent of normal monthly income up to a maximum benefit.
Life Insurance
UFPC team members receive free coverage the first of the month following thirty days of consecutive employment. Coverage is equal to two times the annual salary. Family members are covered for a lesser amount.
Tuition Reimbursement
UFPC encourages its team members to continue their education so they can be more successful at UFPC. Currently we provide a competitive tuition reimbursement amount, and team members receive a bonus after they obtain their degree.
Benefits can change at any time. For a complete understanding of the benefits provided, individuals should refer to the benefit plan or insurance policy in effect on that date to review the terms and conditions.
