Two words sum up the culture at UFPC: fun and recognition. Our HOT (Hats Off To …) Card program encourages team members to recognize one another for a job well done. The HOT Card program not only rewards a team member’s hard work, but provides an opportunity for those receiving a HOT Card to win cash and prizes during monthly HOT Card parades!
In addition to the HOT Card program, our team members are rewarded in other ways. Singled Out Awards are given to team members by managers, and the Polaris Award is given by our President and CEO.
UFPC supports fun and activities in the workplace through two committees — the Activities Committee and the Fun Crew. These two committees sponsor a variety of events throughout the year, including Breakfast with Santa, a Super Bowl party, Kentucky Derby events, fall events and many more. The Activities Committee and Fun Crew are always working hard to make UFPC a great place to work. |
