Kathleen O'Neal
Vice President, Finance and Treasury
Since joining UFPC in 2007, Kathleen has led the Planning team and driven UFPC's efforts in the Annual Operating Plan, banking and financing relationships, Patronage, Forecasting and Analysis and other internal proprietary processes.
Over the past three years, she has built a strong team that provides great value to UFPC. Kathleen's business knowledge, coupled with her collaborative style, firmly establishes her as a strategic partner in the development and attainment of UFPC's financial and business objectives.
Prior to joining UFPC, Kathleen spent 14 years with Taco Bell in a number of finance roles including Director of Capital Planning, Brand Assistant Controller and most recently, Director of Financial Forecasting and Analysis. Her strong technical background and support of company-wide accountability for business performance served her well in positions with PepsiCo., Inc. and Ernst & Young. She served multiple banking and brokerage clients while driving critical accounting policy implementations.
Kathleen received her BA in Economics from Smith College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
