Joe Main
Vice President, Resource Services
As Vice President of Resource Services, Joe has more than 25 years of experience in energy business development and commodity risk management benefitting the entire concept co-op membership. Joe launched Resource Services in 2002 with no employees or programs, and has grown the department to 40 programs representing over 100,000 contract particpants and more than $70 million in cumulative positive financial impact. He and his nine-member team develop value-added non-food and packaging services for UFPC owners. These include unique programs in energy management, telecommunications, information technology solutions, credit/debit card programs and pest control. In addition to searching for and implementing new programs, Joe’s team also manages the Pizza Hut gift card program for the system and is tasked to implement similar programs for Taco Bell and KFC.
Joe came to UFPC from Yum! Brands, Inc., where he led the Energy Services Group. Prior to joining Yum! Brands, he worked in the energy industry in energy marketing and business development. Joe earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
