Dale Holden
Senior Vice President, Equipment Sales

Led by Dale since 2002, UFPC Equipment Sales fulfills the equipment needs for all A&W, KFC, Long John Silver’s, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell owners across a wide array of programs, including new store builds, remodels and replacement equipment. Dale and his team have an entrepreneurial spirit and continue to redefine themselves in order to gain a high participation rate among concept co-op members. Promoting excellence in customer service from initial order to delivery, Dale and his team take pride in forming partnerships that provide value to co-op members. Two of these unions are UFPC Smallwares Connection and UFPC Parts Connection. Respectively, these two partnerships allow UFPC Equipment Sales to provide competitive pricing and online ordering of smallwares and replacement parts.
 
Dale began working for the KFC National Purchasing Co-op, Inc. in 1993 as a Vice President of Sales. In 1999, he became the general manager for UFPC’s Taco Bell Concept Co-op and began leading all UFPC distribution and equipment sales in 2001. His previous experience includes five years with McLane Co., Inc., where he served as Vice President of Foodservice National Accounts. Dale earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial education from the University of Texas at Tyler.
