Bill Bickley

Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer

Bill has shared his talents with UFPC since 1999 when he began his role as Chief Financial Officer. The course of his career and breadth of his abilities have led to the expansion of his role through the years. Bill develops and implements operational and financial strategies to meet goals defined by the boards of directors. With Financial Planning, Information Services, Distribution/Logistics, Monitoring, Resource Services and Equipment Sales within his domain, Bill leads a 120-person team focused on providing professional services to our concept co-op members.

Under Bill’s leadership, UFPC has developed a supply chain visibility system that serves as the informational backbone of our business. Additionally, he has implemented distributor monitoring to ensure contract-pricing compliance and created a strategy that led UFPC Equipment Sales to market leadership within the Yum! Brands system. From enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation to the growth of Resources Services to its current level of excellence, Bill’s sharpness and sense of humor encourage his team to reach new heights in providing supply chain excellence.

Bill’s previous experience includes 15 years with Pepsico, Tricon, Deloitte & Touche and an agricultural co-op. Bill is a certified public accountant and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri.
